On 15 Sep 2025, we will be doing a free speed upgrade for Fibre to the Premises (FTTP) and Hybrid Fibre Coaxial (HFC) customers on the following eligible plans:

| Speedy 100/20Mbps | Speedy 500/50Mbps |
| Zoomy 1000/50Mbps | Zoomy 1000/100Mbps |
If you aren't on one of these two eligible plans, you can change your plan at any time using the Buddy Telco app!
When are the high-speed upgrades happening?
If you are a new customer, these plans will be available from 14 September 2025.
For our existing customers on eligible plans, you don't need to do a thing! We will automatically upgrade your speed on 15 September 2025.
What do I need to do to get the high-speed upgrades?
If you're already on FTTP or HFC with an eligible plan, you can rest easy and just enjoy the higher speeds come 15 September. You may need to switch your devices off and on again at most.
